I hold a mums-to-be yoga class on Satudays, postnatal yoga for mums with their babies on Fridays, and regular yoga classes on Tuesdays and Fridays, all within easy reach of Hornchurch, Romford, Gidea Park, Dagenham, Upminster and Havering area.
